Indigospirit – Royal Bank Plaza

Despite this location being in the hussle and bustle of the PATH, I feel instantly calmer when I walk through the doors. They don’t always have the best selection because it’s a small location; but the staff makes up for it by assisting you in ordering what you need. They’re just sooo friendly. They don’t rush people out the door & actually seem happy to be at work. I didn’t know that existed.
I went in there this week to purchase 2 books. Female cashier looked at my selection and we struck up a conversation about authors in that category. She then suggested 3 more authors for when I was done with those books. Another salesperson walked by and upon overhearing our convo, joined in. When he saw the books I was purchasing, he let me know that one of my choices could be purchased for less in the hardcover version. Decent convo AND cheaper books? Score!
