I must say I have the opposite experience. Their staff is incredibly busy — while I am in the waiting room they do not have a moment where the phone isn’t ringing or they are attending to patients(which is a shared responsibility with their front desk duties — or so it appears to me). As a first time mom, I called them a few times. They have always tried to put me in, always have taken their time to give me advice. While my little one sees Dr. Cole there(who I love) — Dr. Ipp was the first pediatrician(in Sunnybrooke) to see my son and I have been seen by both him and his college during a walk-in. Every single time I walked out re-assured and received excellent care. I live in the east end of Toronto and gladly make the trip — well worth it.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a doctor’s office; condescending bordering on mean. Not sure about him as a doctor because he barely looked up from his iPad during the exam and consult with my son; whatever happened to bedside manners? Never going back; thankfully we don’t need a specialist — especially one who’s receptionists are horrible and he can’t be bothered to speak directly to you instead of mumbling into his iPad.
