I am a Registered Massage Therapist, a Reflexologist, and a Reiki Sensei (practitioner and teacher). I’ve been in practice for 20 years.

History

Established in 1995.

I graduated from Toronto’s Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School and Teaching Clinic in 1995, and became a registered massage therapist with post-​graduate study in Myofascial Release techniques.

In addition to my practice in Leslieville, I provide weekly staff Massage Therapy at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children, where I have also provided patient massage, worked for the Palliative Care Team, and participated in a 4-​year research study led by St. Jude’s Research documenting the effects of massage on children receiving bone marrow transplants.

I developed and taught a series of Staff Wellness workshops at Sick Kids. and also taught these courses at Toronto’s Sheena’s Place, a support centre for people with eating disorders, from 2002 – 2013.

I’ve been a Reiki Sensei and Reflexologist since 2003. I teach regular Reiki certification courses.

I received my Hatha Yoga Instructor Certification in 2011.
