I came to this salon for the first time with the Humber Students promotion. They did a really good job with my hair and my pedicure. And their prices are pretty good for a good quality, not cheap with cheap product and cheap services. I highly recommend my friends and my family to go there for their services.

I think that by this point in life I should’ve known that good stuff never comes for free, but nevertheless I decided to give it a try.
I used their free spa/​dental package they offer to Humber students (well it’s not actually free, they just bill your insurance for everything). First of all, they said I couldn’t book my appointment when I just dropped by, and they told me to call HER (no idea if it’s the owner or the manager or someone else).
Well ok, i called her and scheduled an appointment. A few days later I came to the salon just to realize that they booked me for the wrong day. They told me that they can’t accommodate me that day and I had to come back on the day I was wrongfully scheduled. SHE also told me that I’ll receive a gift card for a free manicure so I was ok with coming on a different day.
Next day I came and finally got my teeth cleaned. Can’t say anything bad about the quality of the cleaning itself but the girl doing it was unfriendly and really inappropriate. I overheard her telling a customer, who was sitting right next to me, about laser epilation she did and the colour of her pubic hair and that it looks «like a forest». I really wish I didn’t hear it — it’s good to be chill but maintaining some level of professionalism and just not being gross are some really good skills.
After I got my cleaning done I went to do a shellac manicure. The guy doing it was really nice and I would’ve forgotten about the whole pubic hear experience if he did my nails fine. But of course he didn’t, he did gel nails instead of shellac (now my nails look totally fake). It was kinda foolish of me to just sit there assuming he knows what he’s doing because I didn’t wanna seem rude to him, but they make WAY TOO MANY mistakes in this salon.
I didn’t even remind HER about the gift card she promised me and just walked out the door knowing that i will NEVER ever come back.
TL;DR: DONT GO THERE.
