Was recommended by a family member to come here to get my contacts and glasses and i have to say this place has great customer service! They didnt have my contacts but were able to order it which takes about 5 business days. Ill definitely be coming back

I’ve been coming to get my glasses at this store for 10+ years. They have great customer service and their prices are amazing. All their frames are authentic because they supply you with a glasses’ case and also an authenticity card. My frames had gotten damaged and it was a little past the warranty period and they replaced it happily. All frames come with 1 yr manufacturer warranty.

I went to get my new perscription filed here. Yes, they are cheap, but you’ll likely end up paying more in the end.
I got my perscription filed for $ 60, however, the glasses were uncomfortable and light sources were never properly focused. I checked with my usual optician, and it turns out they use a thick plastic material to build the lens.
Given the thickness of the lens, there were parts of it sticking out. Worst of all, my glasses were constantly giving me a headache.
In the end I went to my usual optician to change my lens (Kim’s optician — yonge and Bishop)
