Terrible exchange policy, beware. Got some clothes here as a gift at Christmas, and when I tried to exchange them, they told me I had missed the «holiday exchange period» by a week, though this was not written on the gift receipt. All they could do for us was exchange the pricey items at their current sale value, which was approx one third of the original price. For a sweater, hat and mittens, we were only able to get one flimsy t-​shirt and a pair of underwear, and still had to pay a $ 40 difference. I think with merchandise this expensive that they should not have such a punitive return/​exchange policy.

I live out of the way from the store and I am a full-​time employee and part-​time student so it’s hard for me to find free time to shop. This is why I ordered clothes online. When the clothes came, I was pleasantly surprised that they were even better looking in person than online. However, when I tried on the tank top I noticed the stitching of the v-​neck was very off-​center. For the price I paid for the tank I expected better. Because of my work and school schedule it would be too difficult to arrange a UPS pick-​up and now I do have to make the trip to the actual store to exchange the item, using transit fare and wasting my time because of a defective product on the part of the company! Not sure if I will be making any purchases again from this company if they are willing to charge high prices but not willing to put the care and attention needed to make a decent article of clothing!
