History
Established in 2002.
Ken Krupat has been practising employment law since 1994. He practised with two of Canada’s leading Bay Street law firms before opening his own specialty practice in 2002. Over the course of his career, Ken has represented thousands of dismissed employees as well as hundreds of small and medium sized business clients. His practice is located within the Law Chambers facility, conveniently located at University and Dundas (St. Patrick Subway) in downtown Toronto. Ken represents clients in all areas of employment law and conducts mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals. He provides practical advice with a view to resolving disputes in the most sensible, cost-effective manner — with the goal of getting clients the best possible resolution.

Ken is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. Hons.), the University of British Columbia (LLB.) and Osgoode Hall Law School — York University (LL.M.). He has taught public law for the Law Society of Upper Canada to Bar Admission students.
Ken has practised employment law exclusively since being called to the Bar in Ontario in 1994. He has a unique understanding of wrongful dismissal cases and other employment issues.
