Do not go here for a walk in. The wait times are as bad as going to the ER — I could have gone to my own doctors office across the city and back in the time I’ve been waiting here.
Not impressed.

The receptionist is rude and as many others have mentioned, she is unorganized. I went in because I was experiencing pains in my uterus, fortunately I was given an appointment within a week. When I went in, I was surprised at how much the place was falling apart. It didn’t bother me at the time, I just wanted to see a doctor.
He was genuinely nice except when I was describing my symptoms he wan’t sure what to make of it until I began suggesting several possibilities. He then told me I should get an ultrasound done to confirm. I was given the needed forms and phone numbers and off I went.
I had my ultrasound done and was told at that clinic that the ultrasounds would be sent to the doctor on my behalf and they would contact me in 3 – 5 days for a follow up appointment.
Almost two weeks go by and I don’t hear anything from them. I then sent two follow up emails to the email listed on their website but both went unanswered. I called on my third attempt and spoke to the receptionist. She told me that the doctor had only reviewed my photos yesterday (pretty sure she was not being honest) and that they don’t call their patients back unless something is wrong (really???). A phone call or even an email would have been much appreciated just to notify me that my tests came back negative instead of having me wait and worry. Needless to say, I still have the same symptoms but I won’t be going back to this clinic.

I had twice unpleasant experience at this clinic. First time, I had my appointment for blood work booked on Saturday ;however, when arrived I was told by the pharmacist that the clinic is closed today. Without any notification. There were 3 – 4 people who had an appointment as well on that day. Second, I walked in with the flu, the doctor seemed very unprofessional, she spent with me around 30 secs, didn’t even measured my temperature. It seemed to be she was very rushed to take her lunch break asap, and tried to get rid of me asap. When using her stethoscope, she didn’t even bother to ask me to take off my sweater… It was weird.
Bottom line, avoid it if you can. Very unprofessional and even rude.

I walked-​in one late weekday morning and waited 2 hours to see Dr. Hak. I was forewarned that it would be at least an hour wait, so I was mentally prepared to wait. 2 hours later… the doctor was apologetic about the wait, and got through the appointment efficiently. He has lovely bedside manners. Doesn’t make you feel stupid about your medical issues at all, whether real or imagined!
Would I go there again??? Due to the wait time, probably not unless it was a dire emergency… at which point I would probably go to an actual emerg. If Dr. Hak was your family doctor, that’s a different story entirely.

Similar to another patients comments, we unfortunately saw Dr Agrawal who was not only unfriendly but was also extremely rude. She talked to my wife and I as if we were kids. When we confronted her she said she was overworked even though the clinic was empty. When we asked her for a referral she asked us to wait, left the office and didn’t return! We were extremely insulted. Next time around we saw someone else and got a referral. We were told they would contact the referral for us. Few weeks later when we never heard back we contacted them and apparently they never processed the referral so we had to wait a few more weeks.
The lady at the front desk is never with it and seems extremely absent minded.
Shame it’s a good location for a clinic so had lots of potential

I’ve been here a few times. I haven’t seen some of the cleanliness issues that were mentioned by other reviewers. Overall I found my experience to be pretty quick and reasonably painless. The new pharmacy on site is also very helpful and incredibly convenient.

It depends which doctor you have. Dr. Hak is pretty friendly and kind. I was assign to another doctor before but he quitted. He was pretty good and nice too.
However, i have to agree that the receptionist is pretty unorganized. The doctor made a minor mistake on the prescription and they had to confirm with the pharmacist. I waited for 2 days because the clinic haven’t faxed them back anything. I had a similar issue before with my old family doctor and i never had to do anything on my end. The pharmacist connects with the clinic and vice versa. But this time, i had to call the clinic and pharmacy couple of times to tell both side what they said. It was really annoying!

I foolishly switched family doctors to Dr. Agarwal a little while ago because my former family doctor’s wait times were +2 hours and I’m always able to see a doctor right away at this clinic.
She isn’t the friendliest doctor, and despite the clinic always being empty, doesn’t really seem interested in getting to know her patients, which is something I feel is important for a family doctor to do.
But the real annoyance was last week when I went to her with a few health concerns and when she didn’t have an answer for me she GOOGLED both of them right there in front of me. As if that’s not the first thing I did, which lead me see my doctor? She simply referred me to other doctors and sent me on my way. Very disappointing.

I have been to this clinic twice and both times walked out disappointed and disgusted.
I just went there today, and the doctor tells me to sit on the patient table while obviously there was left over fluids from the previous patient. I tell him that he needs to change the sheets and he says I want you to sit on it not lie on it. I told him I am not sitting on that. He finally changed the sheets. (which shouldnt be a big deal)
Second, I had an ear infection. Instead of checking my non infected ear first and then using his instrument to check my infected ear. He does the exact opposite, which would increase the likely hood of getting an infection in my good ear. Every other place I have been to, the doctor checks the good ear first, than the infected ear.
This doctor is the most un-​hygienic doctor I have been to. I have had the same doctor the last 2 times I have been there, and even though its very close to my house, I will never go here again. The doctor I saw, I believe is from Iraq. Ask for another doctor if you go here! save yourself.

I have been to this clinic a few times as I live in the Harbourfront area. My experiences overall have led me to leave a negative review. Before leaving for a holiday I was suffering from a chest infection, I couldn’t make an appointment with my family doctor in time and arrived here. The doctor inspected me and asked if I smoked and told me I had smokers cough. No, I actually had a chest infection and needed antibiotics. I suffered for 4 weeks until I saw a doctor during my holiday in South America who treated me and I was relieved from my symptoms within days. There is nothing worse than being sick on holiday or not even having a prescription on hand with you, just in case. Today led me to finally leave a negative review. I called the office to see if they were open and taking walk ins or appointments. I knew I had strep throat (spotted tonsils and fever) and wanted a Rx to help quicken my down time. Never would I go to a walk in clinic not knowing what was wrong with me. The receptionist told me the doctor was in and taking walk ins and to just come. When I arrived, the doctor was actually not in and before I could sit down the receptionist told everyone that they needed to reschedule as the doctor was absent. How unprofessional. I know things can happen, but I was lied to over the phone and led to believe it was business as usual. Luckily I have a car and drove to the next place but others were very unhappy and as I left they were giving the receptionist their 2 cents. I find this clinic lacks the professionalism and care.

I was surprised that this business did not have any reviews on it, let alone exist on Unilocal.
This medical clinic serves both as a family doctor and a walk in clinic and on Saturdays a nurse comes in to do blood work. They also have an in house allergist who visits every Monday (but a referral is still required to see him).
As I sat and waited for all the administrative stuff to be completed, I couldn’t help but notice the décor of the clinic. Surrounded by glass walls, the office consisted of several stark white armless chairs lined up in 2 – 3 rows (not facing each other) but instead a large flat screen tv hanging lifelessly in the center of the room (I don’t think it’s ever turned on). The patient rooms/​check up rooms aren’t any different. Each individual room is small so it feels a bit cramped in there. These rooms also have glass doors in front of them but there is a curtain that you can pull shut for privacy.
The overall wait time at the office was not a very long one at all especially since there was no one else in there. The secretary (who is friendly) signs you in and you are almost immediately seen by a doctor. My first experience here was an okay one. There wasn’t anything really different about the place except their interesting choice of décor and the fact that no one seems to know about it which is good if you don’t want to wait.
Overall, a good experience deserves a solid 3 stars. I would definitely come back again. I also think it is worth recommending to others seeking non emergency medical attention in the area. The staff were nice, efficient, and knowledgeable (which is always good when it comes to a doctor, amiright?).
