Betty did a really good job on my Manicure and pedicure. The service was awesome and the place is very relaxing as well. I love how the job turned out. I highly recommend this place. It is also convenient as you can just go shopping right after.

Didn’t expect to be quite busy on the first opening day as it was only a weekday. Was there during lunch hr and had to wait a bit to do my mani. The rush was over around 3pm. There are so many lovely colours. I got the lilac sparkling shellac can’t go wrong with $ 20 promo. Went to the mall today and got so many compliments from strangers on how pretty and nice colours on my hands! The colour really matches my skin tone too! Felt so flush for the very first time someone esp a stranger was being genuinely sincere lol. I loved my nail tech Samantha she was friendly talkative and helped me choose the best colour. She was efficient amd effective too. Definitely coming back again next wk to finish off my pedis and possibly pick another colour on my mani before I head off to the Dominican… feeling awesome! Sorry to hear your experience Amy K. At least your manis were fixed and it was free however nothing wrong with your pedis so you can’t possibly asked that for free too. Its always hard on the first day everyone needs to improve and another chance.

I’m giving this new nail salon 1 star because of my experience today. I went for their grand opening and was really happy to see a new business filled with lots of people. However, I came for a manicure and pedicure and it took over 2 hours. That’s not because of how many people were there, but because of my nail technician. What I’m unhappy about is that my nail technician did a poor job and she knew it. She tried to fix my nails multiple times during the manicure(trying different brushes and then wiping off the polish, applying more coats than a normal manicure) and then finished and sent me off. Which would be fine, but when I finally got to see them, I was surprised she thought that the end product was okay. My french manicure was poorly done. There were streaks, bubbles and dust particles trapped in the shellac. She didn’t even put enough top coat on my thumb and there’s an entire area missing it. I told the owner how upset I was, seeing how I was there for over TWO hours and my nails looked awful. At first she defended the work and said it looked amazing. That’s what really annoyed me. She brushed off my concerns and didn’t even listen. Then I finally got her to look and she agreed there were imperfections. Then why did you say they were amazing in the first place??? She then was going to charge me half price… which I wouldn’t have paid because of how bad they looked. Finally she didn’t charge me for the manicure and told me come back later and they’d fix it. I never had the time to go back because I had to go to work and then went on vacation right after. After what an awful experience I had, 1) they should have not charged me for my pedicure as a gesture of goodwill for how long I was there(and the pedicure was also poorly done, as there were streaks on 3 of the nails) and 2) I don’t want to go back because the owner didn’t really seem to care that my nails looked bad. If she had apologized and taken ownership of the fact that my nails were botched, this would be a completely different story. I get that nails are an art and it can go wrong sometimes. But instead she didn’t really care, made jokes about the situation and had to make me argue with her to not pay for the manicure. I really don’t want to give them a bad review seeing how they just opened today and their business was very clean and modern, but I am so disappointed in how the owner handled the situation that I have to. There’s way too many nail places in Toronto to have to deal with bad customer service.
