Never have been more disappointed more in a Toronto club then this one. Totally prejudice against minority groups and it the customer service was honesty the worst I have ever been. If your not white or a «good looking» female don’t go here.

This is probably the WORST club ever. I don’t understand why there is a lot of hype for this place. I had a lot of expectations for this place since I’ve seen a lot of people on social media going here.
The place is literally a basement with bad lighting. The entire night turned into a competition to see who can pop the most bottles and have sparklers going all night long (sooooooooo annoying).
Music wasn’t that great and half the club was pretty empty. The only thing I will say is that a lot of the girls were hot (yay for the men) but the men looked like wannabe rappers.
NEVER AGAIN.

Treated like crap Saturday night — a few members of our bachelorette party were let in while others forced to wait in line for an hour before told we wouldn’t get in. It was freezing cold and we couldn’t believe they were making us wait for so long. The girls inside said it was empty so they obviously wanted a line up for optics. Completely rude power tripping loser bouncers. No sense of customer service — we are customers who were willing to pay (and on a guest list) and treated like we were a burden to them. Never will go back and will make an effort to spread the word to others to boycott. Nice job guys!

This place plays my type of music and I’m a fan of OVO’s Dj Charlie B, but the joint is a bit douchie (for douchebags). The bouncer outside were pretty nice guys, but you can see they treat and hand pick their clients in a way. Thank god my friends are famous, or I would still be standing outside trying to get in. Inside the staff is a bit pretentious.

I had came to this place on a Saturday. This place is full of crap. Why even have a guest list if you’re not going to let anyone in? I understand that bottle service takes precedence but that doesn’t mean hold the entire line until each and every person with bottle service (present and not present) comes. You know what this means? Your establishment isn’t going to last very long. Every place I know that does this, doesn’t have longevity in the industry. Here’s some advice to the manager to tell your bouncers… have someone designated to accept bottle service patrons in and have another designated to those on the guest list/​regular line and allow them to come in. Let people in on the guest list up until 11:30 pm. You’ll make your money in alcohol. Charge cover for those after 11:30pm but don’t be greedy and try to hold up the line until then. Unilocalers, don’t waste your time at this place.

Bouncer (short middle-​eastern guy) wouldn’t let us in on Monday because we had on sneakers, even though every other guy had on sneakers and he let them in. When I asked him why this was he said «it’s all about who you know in this city». We then offered to pay 300 for a bottle and booth and he told us we’re not getting in this club no matter what. He then let in a group of four white males wearing sneakers. I’m assuming the reason he didn’t let us in is because we were black.
I wouldn’t come back to this club if somebody paid me and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Would highly recommend hiring better doormen.

This place is terrible. The guys at the door are all pretty rude but also very sleazy looking. They charge 20 – 30 dollars cover even 10 minutes before close or after last call. Any place in the area is better than this.

Came here this past Friday night for a friend’s birthday party. We had a booth and got there at 11:25pm. The birthday girl and some other of our friends went in first because they got there a tad earlier than us.
When we got there at 11:25pm (we had 5 girls and 4 guys with us), they allowed the girls to go in first with reduced cover. They made the guys line up at the end of the line even though we had bottle service.
At 12:30am, my guy friends were still waiting outside and saying the line did not even move at all since we went inside. It was pretty empty inside so I went to talk to someone at the door and all they said was we should’ve came earlier. My response was we all came before 11:30pm but they made us separate. His response was «too bad, these are the rules». I don’t understand what kind of messed up rules those are especially when we spent hundreds of dollars already. The girls and I ended up leaving because our friends were all pissed off having to wait outside for over an hour for this dingy, small, cold and smelly place.
We then made our way to Uniun and had a much better time there (got inside within 5 mins). The birthday girl ended up coming to Uniun afterwards as well since the majority of our friends had left this garbage of a place.
Hence if you want to waste your money, ruin your birthday party and get all your friends pissed off — this is the place to go! I really hope more people will read reviews on this place because they definitely do not deserve any business.

This place is ridiculous. You are not getting in if you are not getting bottle service… and you really should not waste your money on this pathetic excuse for a club unless your into overcrowded basement dumps, horrible music and/​or sausage fests.

Keep a lineup outside on a dead Monday night just because… I decided I’d rather go home and play music on YouTube.
Pass on this one.

Given the experience that we had last night, I am not surprised that toronto agrees this club is awful. My friend had booked a booth which would have been 3 bottles. We show up with 3 extra people (you know how last minute some people are) which leads to the bouncers saying maybe the extra people will get in after a half hour. Or commit to TWO extra bottles. Meanwhile, its –30 outside and there is no lineup. These assholes simply do not care about your business.

Thought this was a good club. Good looking girls.

Since it is one of the newest and hottest club on king st right now Expect not to get in if you go late and have no table reserved.
The club is small and can reach capacity fast.
If you like large commercial clubs with strobes lights this club is not for you.

This club is horrible! My group (all girls) were first in the guestlist line and waited over an hour while people who came later but apparently had bottle service were let in. If the venue was going to have a private party for their friends, they should have advertised that it was reservation-​only, or conveyed this to us before we wasted our time. We finally left after hearing one of the club’s owners tell the bouncers to «let these guys wait.» Do not go here.

Last night (December 15^th, 2014) at Lost & Found was a disappointment to say the least.
A small group of my girlfriends were on the guest list and got to the club at 10:30pm — we were first in line. For over an hour the line grew and they refused entry to everyone in line. Instead they began filling up the club with big groups of the owners and hosts personal friends. By 11:45pm they had not let even one person in from the line, they hit capacity with their own friends & told everyone else to leave.
Last night was clearly a private event, masquerading as a club and being promoted that way. Complete disrespect for people’s time.
I have to admit the guys out front were «reasonably» nice and friendly, but regardless I will never be back. Too many other fun places in Toronto to waste time here.
If you are friends with the hosts, go — I’m sure it’s a great time. Aside from that, don’t bother.

This club is beyond horrible. The music was below average and their staff is rude. Their security (if you can call them that) were grabbing and shoving women and one of the girls with us ended up injured be them pushing her. Will never go back here.

This club deserves a –10. Don’t go here, went with some friends had our name on the guestlist and everything. They didn’t let us in because we weren’t getting bottle service. In addition, they were refusing to answer our questions and were being very rude about it. They made us wait an hour before telling us that we wouldn’t be getting in. I highly suggest you choose a different club.

A club’s a club. Typical lineup out front, $ 250 per bottle, $ 18 doubles, DJ played the same old bar songs like Biggie and Missy Elliott’s «work it» with the addition of a few trap remixes here and there but the problem is, as soon as you request something current the answer is, «nah man, don’t have that.» Are all of these DJ’s 40 years old and content with playing the same songs year after year? Get with the times you clowns… all you do is push play, might as well be playing something current.
The bathrooms are all co-​ed single stalls which are more like confinement chambers. I literally had to piss diagonally across the stall since the sink and the garbage block the toilet. Ladies, if you have to sit down or squat I’d literally love to see you try… you’d have to be some kind of contortionist to make this work.
There’s only ONE bar for the entire club and since EVERY seated area is a bottle service area, the bartenders are way too busy filling mason jars with cranberry juice and soda water for the basic bitches drinking grey goose, that the casual drinkers waiting for drinks at the bar are lost in the chaos.
Smoking area is a 10 foot by 10 foot roped off area out back, that may leave you lined up onto the dancefloor before you can even step outside depending on capacity.
The only reason I’m giving this place over one star is because even for a typical club, the staff were VERY nice the entire night. Really pleasing to not have staff continually dismissing and ignoring you. Every staff member I spoke to, was willing to let me know where something was or chat with me while I was waiting for something (bathroom, smoke, drinks)
Be prepared to spend $ 20 cover and deal with snobby club-goe’ers because at the end of the day, this is just another club trying to be more than it actually is.
