What a crap place to visit!!! I mean when i went there the seperated my group into guys and girls and made the guys wait outside while the girls went in… about 30 minutes later(after leaving us in the freezing rain) they decided to let us in… The music was ok but the atomsphere was crappy… I would not recommend this place

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. This place is rude and ghetto, the staff is horrible, and the people who go are too. We went there for a friend’s birthday party with about 20 people… therefore I had about 20 stories about what happened to my friends and I. First, turns out if you have any ID outside of Canada it’s automatically fake!!! Long story short, they threatened to take my ID from me, so I had to threaten to call the police. They let me in, but I couldn’t buy drinks that night. My friend found a purse in the bathroom, and upon looking inside to see who might own it, found a small gun. Not joking. 2 of my friend’s phones were stolen. Then we were like, let’s leave NOW, waited in coat check for far too long, and they lost my friends jacket… despite she had that tag for a hanger with her and had paid. Then the staff pulled my friend’s hair when she complained!!! The staff pulled her hair-!? Still– she never got the jacket back. Don’t go to Lot 332.

Went to Lot332 for my friends 23rd Birthday. (September 18, 2010) Spent 450 $ for our bottles, and we were located in the patio section. HORRIBLEIDEA. After an hour of dancing we wanted to go back to our booth for some drinks, and saw a line up. The bouncer was beyond rude and didnt really seem to care that we spent money for a booth. Told us they were at capacity and we had to wait in line. tell me why you would spend money for bottles and a booth if you cant even sit in it? STUPID! oh and one of the bouncers grabbed my friend(the birthday boy) by the neck because we insisted we didnt want to wait in line to go to our booths. So we all ended up leaving the club because of the horrible service, and we didnt even finish our bottles. DONTEVENTHINKABOUTGOINGTOTHISCLUB, especially if its for a special event. the bouncers think that they are God’s gift to the world. I cant believe how badly they’re customer service is. There are so many better clubs in that area, so dont even waste your time at LOT332!

We got there at 1030 and the club wasnt open yet and we ended up being the first people in line. right after we lined up tones of people piled in behind us. We got in free. Drinks were 7 $. It got veryvery packed! The music was bumpin’ Id reccomend this club to anyone who wants to go out and have a great time.

I think 2 stars is about right for Lot these days. A few years back, Lot332 used to be one of the better/more chic clubs in the city and more or less the only place I would try around Richmond(they had a great Wed. night party) Fast forward to 2010 and you won’t recognize the place; Arrive at Lot, wait 15 min in the bottle service line(no club should have a ‘line’ for bottle service), where the doorman will try sleaze you into buying another bottle and actually going as far as saying ‘your group didn’t pay for the fourth one yet’(they had). At this point, you walk in and have sleazy-mc-doorman try to rush your group through without even being frisked so he can be out front doing business in minimal time. Walk through the club that looks like Jersey Shore eloped with Sex and the City fans. If you’re a girl,(and I guess guys too), be sure to avoid the pillars where some very grabby creepers have found a niche. The music will likely be a predictable mixed bag of pop/hip-hop ‘favorites’. Couple of songs will repeat but no one seems to care! Look up, and you will find the open roof that made Lot cool some years ago(still a cool concept). On to the staff which are also a mixed group. The girl who was helping out with the tables was the best part of the club and played a big part in the second star of the review. She was very helpful and attentive and in fact refunded the money sleazy had took at the door almost immediately(as if she already knew the story!) The bartenders were the least helpful and some of the worst I’ve seen. It’s no secret that it doesn’t take too much to ‘tend at a Toronto club, but you can at least try to be personable. For one, they wouldn’t break my 20 for a tip without me buying something else. Also they literally asked me to go to the back and find someone with a broom when I told them the table next to us was dancing on their own broken bottle. Finally, the bouncers fortunately knew what they were doing as they contained the crowd reasonable well and contacted the po-po right after a huge fight broke out of nowhere in the club. In short, you might like this place if you’re under 21, and don’t mind watching a fight or two at the club. It’s probably as good or as bad as any other club on Richmond St. these days.

The coat check itself took an hour and at one point, the staff were informing everyone that there wasnt enough space left for anymore coats. This wasnt NYE or anything, it was a Friday night. The music was alright, the crowd was kind of grimy. I won’t be going back.

They have a retractable roof and you can smoke inside! INTHEWINTER. WHILEITISSNOWING. ORWHILEITISRAINING. This system was created using high power heaters that EVAPORATE the water/snow before it enters the room. Incredible. That said the crowd is really, really sketchy, and the music is very inconsistent. There was a time when I was very diligent about guest list preparations and it was the only way I wouldn’t get stuck with a half hour wait. Half an hour of waiting during the winter is like murder. Pregaming isn’t going to keep you fuzzy and warm. 10 minutes in the cold and you are SOBER. Tip: I received an email this morning(I’m still on their dumb email list despite having moved to NY) saying that they were renovating.
