Louis Vuitton Toronto Bloor Street

Go check out this location not only for its fabulous selection but to see Brian! I spent a sweet $ 7000 on my short 3 day trip to toronto and wouldn’t have been able to find enough things to spend it on if it weren’t for Brian! He is awesome, helpful and so so fun! Not only did we spend hours with him, he followed up a week later and emailed me asking how I am, and to please come back when I am back in town! Of course I will be returning to see him, not just to shop but to cut chat, what a great personality. Louis Vuitton needs him! Thank you for a great experience

This LV store is the nicest and biggest store in all of canada!
My gf and i spent 3 hours in here ! Brian was the guy helping us and by the time we left we had become best friends with him! His style and taste made everything so much easier ! Thanks so much for your help brian and will def be back to see you as soon as were back!

LOUIS VUITTON TORONTO, you realllyyyy need to get your sales associates a proper briefing because the customer service is still lacking. Like, very much so. especially in this location (esp on the women’s section. the mens section upstairs were more friendly, ironically).
I went here twice and was served by two separate associates who would rather hurry you up with your stuff than deal with you any longer. The first one didn’t even try to be friendly or smile, just gave my stuff and left us at the cashier. she didn’t even flinch when she saw us leaving with the purchase. The second one was on his phone the whole time while we were being served. even before that he saw us standing there waiting to be served by anyone available until my spouse looked him in the eye and he snapped out of it (in whatever he was doing) but he looked less thrilled to do so.
Am so disappointed in this location, beautiful store though, but I don’t think I’ll be coming here anytime soon unless they are out of stock of some items in the other locations I really want to get my hands on. I hate to complain but if you want to honestly drop money (because this place ain’t cheap obviously) then any customer who either dresses like they rolled out of bed or someone whose going on a fashion runaway should be treated equally with attentiveness and a smile.

This Louis Vuitton store on Bloor may be the best in Canada but it lacks in so many ways compared to other cities. When I do shop at Louis Vuitton Toronto, I look for Elvis and would encourage you to do the same. Elvis is so honest with his opinion, has a natural flare for what looks good, you wont go wrong with Elvis. Personally, I prefer the Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong. I do venture into the Toronto location from time to time but will usually make my final purchase over seas. Far better service, more current selection and the no tax policy in Hong Kong is a bonus and makes it such a bargain.
