Main Drug Mart

i cant quite say i agree with main drug marts tagline, «your total health centre!» (thats their exclamation mark, not mine). in fact, thats just being polite. in truth: its absurd.
this ones attached to my doctors office and manned by a floating head thats about 60 years old lets say. the floating head lifts its eyes as it bobs from side to side and ALWAYS tells you to TAKE A SEAT to which i ALWAYS feel like responding, «TAKE A HIKE» or «TAKE A SEAT YOURSELF, BOBBY».
it doesnt help that once youre already feeling sick you then have to go and be raped by the pharmaceutical companies for medication. im sure its like that no matter what location or no matter what drug store so main drug mart, dont take offense.
that being said, there is an air of being in the principals office or a police station and id prefer to see a whole person when i talk to them and someone whos not afraid if i approach the counter to see more of the man whos going to be filling my body with toxic band-​aids.
the thing about this place is its convenience — being attached to the doctors office and its in a good location in general — bloor and bathurst.
