We make our tortillas (100% corn) by hand from locally grown maize and then stuff them with different fillings to produce the closest thing you can get to Central Mexico style quesadillas. We also offer great Guacamole, Salads, Tacos Dorados, Sopes, Tostadas, and a variety of Tacos. We also make our own Aguas Frescas (typical drinks flavoured with tamarind, rice, or hibiscus) and our own Salsas to accompany every meal.

Young, good looking folks who decided to open up a place where we could serve our home-style cooking. Agriculture and gastronomy is at the forefront of our work at Maizal.
