We specialize in Mulberry silk, which is of the highest quality for bedding & sleepwear. Our silk is made in a very unique and eco/​environmentally friendly process. Manito silk contains 18 essential amino acids, unlike cotton it allows your hair & skin to hold on to its natural oils which in return makes for wrinkle free skin and less hair breakage/​split-​ends. Silk is a natural hypoallergenic fiber, it fights dust mites and mold. If you are still not convinced that silk is the ideal fabric to sleep on visit our store to get a closer feel.

Aside from our fabulous silk, we carry one of North America’s elite furniture lines, Redford House. This company sources all of their alder wood from the US and hand crafts all the pieces in North America. You are able to customise the colour of the wood, the finishing, metal and the colour of the cowhide of the furniture to fit your needs.

Our product line also include iittala & Royal Copenhagen, Finnish glass & porcelain lines which consist of beautiful one of a kind designs of vases, bowls, glasses, mugs, plates etc.

CULTI is our décor line which consists of natural unique scents formulated and made in Milan, Italy. This line carries a variety of diffusers, candles, room/​linen sprays, car fragrances, drawer & closet sachets, body scrubs, and shower gels.

History

Established in 2010.

Our silk is different because our family manages every part of the process, from the mulberry fields to manufacturing, and fulfillment to customer service. This lets us guarantee a level of quality that other silk producers simply cannot.

It starts in the lush Mulberry fields of Houshan region of Anhui Province, China, where the fine silk production process has a long and respected tradition. Because the silkworms of the Bombyx mori moth are fed only mulberry leaves, the resulting silk is some of the finest available in the world. Pure white in color and made up of individual long fibers, Mulberry silk is more refined than other types of silks, such as wild silk, which are less uniform in color and texture, with shorter strands.

Our quality assurance team hand-​inspects each piece before it leaves our factory. From there, all of our products are shipped to our retail store in Toronto, ON.
