My journey to naturopathic medicine began as a passion for understanding how our body-​mind-​spirit connection can be a catalyst for healing yourself through life’s many transitions.

Many circumstances have brought you to your current state of health. With naturopathic medicine, a variety of treatment options may be used to help you achieve your healthcare goals and to move into greater balance.

I am also a Naturopathic Doula. I combine my ND training with Doula certification to support parents-​to-​be and their partners/​support team through a gentle and empowering birth process.

I am a graduate of the renowned Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and licensed with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
