MATRIX Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto. Our philosophy & approach is Patient-Specific Care. Each client is treated One-on-One with the physiotherapist in Private treatment rooms with individually devised treatment plans. The clinic possesses a fully equipped Exercise Studio to carry out Rehab Exercise education to High Level Athletic Training. The therapists are also trained in custom orthotics fitting, sports bracing and compression stocking fitting. In addition, we offer massage therapy which is beneficial for soft tissue dysfunction such as neck & back muscle tension, Tension related headaches, sport specific injuries or even general Stress-Relieving relaxation purposes.
We are conveniently located at Bay st & Queen st. at the Thomson Building directly across from Toronto City Hall. It is easily accessible by Street car, Subway (Queen station), or even by car (City Hall Underground Parking).

Business Owner
Aubrey So is a registered Physiotherapist who has been in practice for over 12 years. He has treated all types of injuries and disorders with his area of specialty in Musculoskeletal conditions. This includes all joint, muscle or nerve related disorders such as sprain/strain injuries, Sports Injuries, Postural dysfunction, Work related traumas or repetitive strain injuries, fractures, Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, Low Back pain and various musculoskeletal related headaches. He employs the latest Evidence-Based-Practice treatment protocols so patients are receiving the most current treatment options and procedures at all times.
Aubrey has been involved in sports and athletics his whole life with Weight & Strength training and conditioning being his top personal passion. He instills his personal vision on health and fitness into his physiotherapy practice with each patient he sees. He believes in treating the person as a whole and not just the injury or condition.
