Don’t even bother calling these guys for any reason. I have called 4 times now and haven’t received a call back. Each time I was assured that this would not happen again. I think they don’t care about their customers at all.

Getting a new car can be a stressful investment. I was extremely satisfied by the level of customer service and professionalism from Mazda of Toronto. Bobby was available to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure I get the perfect vehicle according to my needs and budget.
I never failed pressured to sign anything or to make a purchase on the spot. I went to several car dealerships and I can say with confidence that Mazda of Toronto, provided the BEST service by far.
Thank you to the Mazda of Toronto team and big shoutout to Bobby for his outstanding job. I love driving my new car!

Awful service, worst I have ever encountered! Once papers are signed they don’t care about you, and promises mean nothing.

I just went here today to take a look some cars. First of all there was no one there to welcome us and it took about 15 mins till a salesperson came to us. I was asking the person about some features on the car and how much extra it will be the difference, but the response was ” it will be too expensive for you” while i was just asking how much are those feature just for my own information and that’s the answer i got which i think it wasn’t professional at all and at the end he said i can’t sell any cars to you.

This is a quick review of their parts department. Every single time I call there is someone who is knowledgable, friendly, and efficient when I ask for parts for my car. The prices are your basic dealership prices but if you are a member of the
forum you will receive additional discounts which is a huge bonus!
Convienent hours and open early mornings and on the weekends. The shop is always clean and tidy. Parking is located in the lot next to the building.

We almost walked out of Mazda of Toronto because of lacked of services.
The moment I walked into the showroom, I requested to talk to a sales representative. And after wandering around the showroom for 15 minute, we still waiting with no acknowledgement that someone would be with us shortly. Then I made another request again and finally after 5 minute, someone finally free to serve us.
I can understand if it is a Saturday when new car dealerships can be slammed with walk ins but it is a quiet Friday afternoon…
Our sales representative was quite helpful and let us tried the car we were looking at and was easygoing and friendly.

My wife and I are extremely unsatisfied customers. We have never experienced such horrible customer service. We were completely disrespected by you and your employees from your location.
We came to your dealership, looking at several cars we researched in hopes to find something we could take home as soon as possible. You showed us a car that arrived that day, one in which we were extremely pleased with. You provided us with a price in which we were extremely happy with. However, oddly enough when we came back to make a payment, we weren’t able to do so for some undisclosed reason, HOWEVER, one of your salesmen stated that the car was reserved and was ours. We were told to come in the next day, and when we called to speak with our representative to book an appointment to see her, to ensure no other appointments would coincide with ours, she said she would call us back. She never did. We decided to show up, and we find out the car can no longer be sold to us at that price because, as stated by your sales rep, «We made a mistake in price, but we can sell it to you for $ 2000 more than what we asked for».
If you’ve made a mistake, that is something internal that’s between yourselves as a company must deal with, however we expect our deal to be honoured. I understand that a mistake was made, and unfortunately for whatever reason, you are unable to budge on the price that was originally provided, however when speaking to the sales manager at this location, we were completely disrespected. Not once, did he apologize for the mistake, rather saying «I don’t know, I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happened». This is your company, as a manager it is your responsibility to clean up a mess made by your employees. Not only was he not giving us the time of day, he rarely gave eye contact, rather was more interested in looking at his computer screen, as oppose to pay attention to us and the situation.
Had the car arrived that day, and you did not have the appropriate information, we should have been informed of this. We specifically asked why the price was so cheap and we were told it was an internal price. We come back to pay and are told we are not allowed this price? Disgusting!

Jeff found me my perfect car, and start to finish, everything was a breeze. I never knew that buying a car could be so easy! After getting in a terrible car accident and dealing with the insurance BS for weeks, it was sooo lovely and refreshing to have such a quick, easy car buying experience. I got all the features I was looking for, and more, and I got a killer deal. I had visited several other dealerships and no one else had what I was looking for. They all took my info, but ‘ve never heard back from anyone. So happy that Mazda of Toronto had my car!!!
Jeff is easy to reach by phone or email (yes!!! email!!!), so I didn’t have to schlep kiddo back and forth to the dealership to work out the details. I visited once to test drive, once for delivery.
That’s it! Amazing. Efficient. Fast. Just like my new car. Many, many thanks to Jeff and Mazda of Toronto.
