Junyan B.
Manager
Junyan moved to Toronto in August 2010. A professional dancer, teacher and choreographer hailing from Montréal, he danced and trained with one of the best salsa schools in Montréal, San Tropez. He has been teaching salsa in Montréal for numerous years and now is proud to perform and teach for GoDanceMambo under Stephanie Gurnon.
He is a passionate teacher and his understanding of social dancing is broad as well as his knowledge of Latin music and history. Junyan tirelessly advocates deep partner connection and connection with the music. He has been a guest judge for various competitions around the world.
A truly diverse dancer, Junyan’s current love is Brazilian Zouk, and he is boldly trailblazing the Zouk scene in Toronto. He also performs and teaches salsa (on1, on2, NY-style, casino rueda) and tango (salon, milonguero, and nuevo).
