I really love the fluidity and beautiful nature of the clothes at this chain store, I just don’t love the regular prices. Way too much for me to indulge in. so I wait for the sales. which are actually sale prices. This location is my favourite b/​c it isn’t as busy as other locations which is great for me because that way my size is always here! At the other locations on L and some M sizes are left for the sales rack which is annoying b/​c I always see cute things and then never in my size.
It’s slightly smaller than other locations but it’s packed full of stock so you don’t feel like you are missing out on anything. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Boxing week had 30% off regular price items and an extra 20% off the sale items. Check in January to see if there are further sales. No returns however so make sure you try on your items — I think exchanges are limited as well so really make sure you like what you are getting and it fits. Their return policy is poor when compared to other retailers so a star off for that alone.
