My favourite fish proprietor in the St. Lawrence Market. The frozen fish freezers are out of this world with variety. The fish burgers are the best in the city. Buy the chipotle mayo sauce to go with them and you will experience an amazing fish burger, better than any beef burger. The crab cakes are a disappointment though, not much flavour. And I’ve never seen Alaskan King Crab legs that big ever.

Probably my favourite place in St. Lawrence Market for picking up fresh or frozen seafood.
Their prices are in line with every other seafood place in the market, but Mike’s Fish Market stands out from the rest, in my opinion, because of their excellent, second to none customer service.
Their staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have regarding how to prepare whatever it is your buying from them… and if the person you ask doesn’t know, you can bet they’ll find someone on staff who is more than willing and happy to help.
They have a very large selection of fresh fish and some fish dishes that are oven or grill ready… stuffed calimari or salmon, marinated fillets… it’s all here.
PLUS their frozen seafood selection is outta control.
I love this place.
