Young L.

Business Owner

Young is a member of the College of Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario, having received her training from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. She has extensive background and experience in Deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Prenatal massage, and Reflexology. Young has studied as an aesthetician at the Champlain Institute (Salon and Spa Career College) and has been working at high end spas in Toronto.

Young’s current passion and interest is in Osteopath principles and philasopy, a natural approach to health and wellness that complements her own philosophy of well-​being. She believes that healthy nutrition and bodily care is a vital path to emotional and physical balance and her personal and professional commitment is to help others incorporate this into their everyday lives. Currently she is enrolled in the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in Traditional Osteopathy.
