History
Established in 1950.
Minden Gross LLP was founded by Arthur Minden, Edwin J. Pivnick and Morris A. Gross. Very early on, the firm achieved a reputation for its skill in commercial real estate transactions.
In the early 1960’s the firm added Jerry S. Grafstein and Herbert J. Greenstein. Jerry Grafstein, now a retired member of the Senate of Canada, developed a practice focusing on communications and administrative law. The firm also established corporate and civil litigation services to meet the growing needs of its clients.
Today Minden Gross LLP is a well respected mid-size law firm with a wide scope of expertise in business and personal law, serving clients globally and regionally. Our lawyers are supported by knowledgeable and conscientious legal assistants, clerks, and support specialists. We believe that our extensive network of relationships within the business community and our awareness of corporate and commercial activity in all areas of our practice constitute advantages to clients.
