I went to get a copy of my key made. I explained it was a special key and that it may not work. I wanted to ensure that they had the right blank keys and wouldn’t have went through with it if they werent so confident about it. A man there guaranteed it would work and was quick to charge me the $ 18. He said he’d give me my money back if it didn’t work. Of course the key didnt work. I went back the next day and the owner was there. He insisted on cutting another key and asked me to try again. I said fine, and tried it again but it didn’t work. Today the owner refused to give me my money back and was extremely rude. He only offered a store credit which I refused to take.
This wasn’t the only time I went there for service. I brought a pair of white heels to get repaired and asked the owner if they had the same brown coloured heel to match. He said yes, but when I got the shoes back the heel was black. I let it go then… I won’t be going here again!

Brought a pair of expensive shoes here that I had only worn once to have soles put on them. Went to pick them up to face numerous problems:
— The first time I tried to pick them up, I was told to come back at the end of the day. The employee did not specify what time of day to come pick them up so it was an inconvenience to go a second time.
— The second time I went, there was dirt on the inside of the shoe. The employee cleaned it on the spot, but it shouldn’t have even be put in the «done» pile when it was dirty.
— The sole that was put in had glue leaking out the back and side. There is now yellow glue on the side of my light grey heels that will never come off, as well as glue on the bottom of the shoe which destroys the cleanness of the bottom.
— We had agreed to work out the price when I came to pick up, however the employee had already written down a price we had talked, but not agreed upon, down. He insisted I pay that with cash, or pay that price with tax if I used credit card.
The combination of poor work and annoying service has left a sour note and a bad taste, so definitely avoid.

the guy that runs the place is very rude and will try to overcharge for anything/​everything!
