I like supporting small business but this place is the worst.
This guy thinks he’s too good for your business and is a snob about bikes. He makes you think you need unnecessary and expensive upgrades.
I’ve also seen him biking around the city like a complete idiot, cutting cars and pedestrians off, completely unsafe.
Save your money and time and go to a bike shop that isn’t run by a pretentious and rude jerk.

Guy that runs the place is your stereotypical pretentious hipster. If you bring in a beater bike you’re going to get judged, if you bring in something really nice they’ll judge you for not being hardcore enough.

Amazing collection of bikes, super helpful and knowledgable guy running the joint too! I paid in cash and he ended up dropping the tax. Just make sure you get a good lock because these bikes all look mint.

The bikes are Okay, and I cannot comment on his wrenching ability. What I do not like is his ads on kijiji — «collector looking for vintage road bikes», only to see them flipped on craigslist four days later for 3x the price. Won’t be spending my money there ever again!
