My Ninja Movers

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Moving is so stressful, but not with My Ninja Movers. Everything went so smoothly — from the original estimate to the actual move itself. The 2 guys that came to move us were right on time, friendly, fast, and treated my items with care and respect. The move actually came in UNDER estimate. Highly recommend My Ninja Movers. Will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to friends/​family.

Being a fresh New Grad out of University, I needed a reliable moving team that could fulfill my needs for large items at a reasonable rate.
Price: It will really depend on how well you’ve prepared everything prior to moving. The estimates are good depending how normal your situation is. Anything that could potentially overshoot the quote would be things like long walks to the elevator, disassembly/​reassembly of furniture (if you choose to have them provide that service for you). Keep in mind you have to guide them through the process as there are thousands of different furniture out there, each with their own unique mechanisms and designs.
Reliability: These people truly care about what they do and handling items with care. I haven’t seen them make any bumps against the wall, they take care of dangling wires, have good work ethic and attitude.
Advice: Be reasonable to them with what you would expect, you need to prompt them for things they wouldn’t foresee and you will get excellent work.
Conclusions: I have mixed feelings about my particular experience because I really hoped to budget within a two hour time frame and did lots of preparation and planning in advance. I have to admit my bed was a bit complicated as well as my building’s loading area too. This doesn’t stop me from giving them 5 stars, because regardless, they came to do what they said and did it with the utmost care. However, I leave with a bit of regrets due to the situation and I tipped them somewhat low. At this time I’m still in between jobs and the time went a bit above what I had hoped. It doesn’t stop me from recommending them, and I would use their service again in the future, perhaps with better strategizing, and a better tip.

I had Ninja Movers help me move and they were great! It was a pair of young guys who always had a smile on their face. They worked really fast and efficiently. My only complaint is that they weren’t wearing ninja outfits. Despite that, I would strongly recommend

I love these guys! It’s my first professional movers and I was not sorry. Ferdinand and Alex were prompt, friendly, FAST, careful and attentive. They wrapped every wood item and used lots of blankets. Even calling in for the quote was easy, informative and friendly. Sometimes the front desk or the work lets you down but both are great here. I’m extremely happy with everything and I felt I got lots of value for my dollar. I can praise MNM enough!

I have never used movers before but after the stress of my last move doing it myself and trying to gather friends who were available, I was willing to pay the expense. It was worth every dollar! I never had a move go so smoothly. I reserved last minute and thankfully they were still available when I needed them. From the beginning when speaking to Gabe on the phone to the end of my move made it a smoothe stress free experience. My ninjas, Fernand, Chris & Frank handled our items with care and efficiency. They were done an hour less then they estimated! I highly recommend using My Ninja Movers!

Received a quote from these guys after reading reviews etc online. We’ve used many movers before and they vary from awful to expensive to downright dodgy. Not Ninja Movers. They were amazing. Arrived on time, were polite and friendly and got to work straight away. Our quote had anticipated 2 hours and they went over by half an hour only because they had to dismantle our bed frame! They did this without fuss. None of our furniture was damaged or dented or scratched during the move. We plan to use them again for our next move and would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys definitely deserve every 5 star rating they’ve gotten here. They were extremely fast and efficient, not to mention very careful with our stuff (we had cling wrap everywhere after the move), despite hitting number of complications during the day. They even carried our couch up the 6 flights of stairs because the elevator was too small and they did it ALL without complaining and acted so courteous and professional. Don’t bother shopping around. Calling this company will be the best decision you’ll make for your move.

Loved these guys! I was extremely worried about hiring movers again because my previous experience with a different moving company (Last Minute Movers) was awful! But I saw all the amazing reviews for My Ninja Movers on Unilocal and decided they were my best shot at a good experience and they did not disappoint.
Gabe was responsive and very helpful throughout the booking process and the pricing is very clear and fair. You could probably get movers a little cheaper, but it wouldn’t be worth it. The movers arrived early, but only because my elevator was booked an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and they called to check with me first that it would be okay to come early.
Craig and the other mover (sorry I forgot his name), were friendly and professional from the first phone call that day and came prepared with plastic wrap for furniture that needed to be stabilized, a mattress cover for my mattress, and wardrobe boxes if I needed them. They were very careful with everything and all of my items arrived in tact.
Needless to say, I will use these guys for my next move and any move thereafter and would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

Excellent moving company, highly recommended! Ninja is as good as it gets.
I used Ninja Movers to move into a new house and liked the fact they were very transparent about their pricing, services and terms/​policies (everything is on their website). They also use an online tool to take inventory of things that need to be moved to provide a time estimate and moving truck size estimate for your move.
The movers arrived right on time and began work quickly. They were able to deal with all items, including the heavy and awkward ones. They took care to ensure everything was moved safely and that no damage was done to the house.
The estimate was 100% accurate, not a minute over and the cost came in exactly as expected. Everything was moved with care, no damage and furniture was reassembled as needed.
I wish all moving companies were this good. Very reliable and competent company.

This is the first time I have used movers. Jesse and Dave were friendly, efficient and amazing workers! The company is organized well and great communication from start to finish. No damage done to any walls, furniture and they moved with speed. Hopefully I don’t have to move for a couple of years, but when I do I know who I am going to call. Will recommend you to all my friends/​family and co-​workers. Amazing!

I moved on Saturday 6÷13÷2015 and it was 10 out of 5 stars.
I had 2 movers: Carl and Neil and they were super friendly and very careful.
Booking the move: everytime I call, there is someone who talks to me. Gabe was very patient and helpful. I reached out to a lot of moving services prior and they were all answering machines, really? This is the way to do business in Tdot?
Moving out: they arrived earlier than scheduled time and started moving right away. No time wasted at all. They wrapped my mattress with a clean bag and my dresser with clear wraps, simply amazing! Again, they were very experienced and moved big items first. It was done calmly and quickly too.
Moving into my new condo, I asked them if they are open to remove their shoes since I just had the place cleaned properly. They did!!! They also put new matts leading to the bedrooms so they don’t get the hardwood floor dirty. What thoughtful people.
I have recommended them to my friends already and I will use them personally.

My Ninja Movers is the best!!! Ferdinand and his crew were awesome. They were friendly and SO EFFICIENT! They were very careful as well, there was no damage to any of our belongings or either apartment. This was literally the best move ever. Thanks to these wonderful movers it couldn’t have been less stressful. They were also flexible if we needed to add something small and had packing supplies such as stretch wrap and a mattress cover which we didn’t have ourselves.
We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of our friends :). Really, it was the best move ever… I could talk about it for days!

Well priced, quick, and professional; can’t ask for much better than that. Moved from a 1+den in downtown Toronto to a house in Etobicoke and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Not a single scratch or dent was made in the condo or the house and there was no dawdling at all.
The guys were great, funny and easy to get along with (handled with my razzing with good humor), listened attentively when we had concerns or wanted something specific; like putting my birds cage in the truck last so I could get him out of a transport box quickly when we all got to the new place.
Will be using again! The quote was spot on and I have NO complaints at all. These guys will help take the stress out of your moving day, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and pretty well the best movers I have ever dealt with. Their estimate was very close ($ 100 more) and they were very quick to move my 1 bedroom apartment from Toronto to Niagara Falls.
They showed up on time and everything arrived at our new home in one piece.

They made my one bedroom apartment move pretty easy. They were not at all fussy and did not ask too many questions. They brought in all of their equipment and packed the furniture’s very efficiently. They were upfront about how much time the move would take and stuck to it.
They have an awesome website. Everything is pretty clear on there. I loved the fact that the rates were shown instead of me having to call and ask for estimate and all that. They had a lot of things included as part of the package, that other moving companies required you to purchase separately.
No nonsense, efficient movers. I would totally use them for my next move.

This was my first experience with professional movers and I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the crew and customer service. I took a lot of time to research different moving companies in Toronto, and ended up choosing them as they were one of the cheaper options available. I am so glad that I did!
Though cheap their service was outstanding! I’m so grateful that I read the reviews for My Ninja Movers and went with them. Andre was prompt with both phone and email communication and I felt very at ease setting up my appointment. They quoted me for a specific amount and the movers worked diligently to ensure that I stayed within that parameter. On the day of the move, the crew called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. Once they arrived, Ferdi and the young man with him were efficient and had my things loaded in no time. They were very careful with the walls, railings, and ceilings that surrounded my very narrow staircase. The unpacking was just as efficient and they had my furniture reassembled, unwrapped, and in the apartment in no time.
This was a fantastic customer experience and I will definitely use them again for future moves.

I found these guys on Blog. TO when I was doing research for my move. There are a lot of horror stories on there of other people’s personal experiences so I was very relieved when I found My Ninja Movers. They had good reviews and so I checked them out. Their website is awesome and I thought if these guys spent this much time on their branding, they must be great! I was right, went with my gut and booked with them.
From start to finish they were great. Communication was smooth, movers were polite and helpful. All around a good experience. If we all started using the Ninjas there would be no more moving horror stories. Great job Ninjas!
