History

Established in 1996.

Established in Philadelphia, PA, USA in 1996, NewSound Productions has been providing audio /​musical services for world-​class production companies, performing artists, broadcasters, advertising agencies, corporations and entertainment professionals.

In 2007, NewSound moved it’s business to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, providing the same excellent services to many of Toronto’s well-​known production companies and performing artists.

Today, we continue to provide world-​class audio /​musical services.

Business Owner

Mark Knox, has been creating music for film, TV, theatre, corporate projects and performing artists for over 25 years.

As a composer, arranger, performer, producer, audio engineer and technician, Mark has a very unique insight from many years of being on «both sides of the studio glass.» This insight has enabled him to be involved with many world-​class projects and organizations like «Standing in the Shadows of Motown» — The Philadelphia Orchestra — Heads Up International Records — The Prince Music Theater — Peter Nero /​The Philly Pops — Bill Cosby — Terry Gilliam — Grover Washington, Jr. — Joe Zawinul — Gerald Veasley — Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Dome Productions and many others.
