Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Reggie did a amazing job on my install. I truly didn’t think it would turn out as good as it did!
I ended up forgetting something at the store and George (on hes own free time) came to my work place to drop it off for me.
Its things like that that keep people coming back for more.

I consistently choose Number 1 Sound for my car audio installations. The first installation was 10 years ago when stock decks did not come with AUX inputs. However, I did not want to connect my after market Sirius Satellite radio via the FM frequency. Number 1 Sound was able to connect it directly to the rear of the head unit without any wires shown. They went outside the box to solve that problem. Recently I went back to replace the stock head unit in my 2008 Audi RS4 with a top of the line Pioneer NEX. Once again they did a superb job in a very short period of time. They do it right, right from the start. While there, I was talking to another customer who needed Number 1 Sound to fix the problems from a different installer. They really know their products and installation.

Brought my pick up truck in to install a radio in and these guys treaded it like it was a Ferrari, the installed it correctly so clean on the dash and all the wiring was perfect compare to the other deck I installed and that’s why I came here. It was what I wanted the first guy to do but number one sound did it. After it was done they showed me how it works. 10 stars guys!!!

This review is a little over due, but all I can say is these guys are great. I brought my my truck in with a stereo I had bought. They installed it in a few hours and they totally know what they are doing. Everything was clean and put together well. I would would recommend this place to anyone with car audio needs.

i had problems with the radio they installed (due to the manufacturer) so be careful about what unit you choose and do your own research. more importantly, i noticed they cracked the plastic skirt around the radio which would have had to be removed in order to install it. so i was quite annoyed. i brought it up when i noticed it 2 or 3 months after the fact and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it

First time I had number one sound do a job for you and let me tell you I’m very pleased with their work. I recently upgraded my stereo deck for my VW golf and got them to install a Kenwood deck I bought on sale from Canadian. I wasn’t sure how much it would cost to install initially so I was a little surprise to see that it came out to about $ 200 but when I thought about it they stereo fits very cleanly and flush where the old stereo used to be, they installed a sleek microphone right near my mirror and returned the car to me in about 3 hours time. When I picked up the car the George swore by his guys work and did everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. I would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone looking to do the same to their vehicle give these guys a call!

I have been a loyal costumer since 1997. I’ve purchased countless of car audio from them from tape decks to mp3/​multimedia players, amplifiers, speakers and accessories. George and his installers have always guided me to reliable products to install on my vehicles. I have since returned to Number One Sound for a remote starter install in my new minivan. Never had an issue making appointments for my vehicle. Very competitive prices, along with great service and they know the product they sell. I have seen the team go out of their way to satisfy customers when not happy with an initial purchase. George always makes it right.
His location is great too if you have to wait for your vehicle, many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I’ve dealt with George and his team on numerous occasions from just adding an amp and hooking up a sub on my first car. On my second car, George did a full blown install of alarm and sound system and took pics of the installation to document the process along the way.
I would not hesitate to bring any future vehicles to Number 1 Sound for any installations.

We purchased a car stereo from big box retailer, but because of their high installation charge, opted to have it installed elsewhere (mistake!!). Everything seemed fine with the installation at first, but a couple of days later I tried using AM for the first time, and found that it didn’t work. They did fix it when I returned but, presumably due to damage caused during the first installation, AM stations were very unclear and practically unusable. A couple of months later, the stereo stopped working entirely. Rather than return to Number One Sound, we had a friend fix it. He found that electrical tape was used in place of soldering, and the connection had come loose. Very shoddy work. Thankfully, he was able to fix it for us, saving us another trip to Number One Sound.
