Business Owner

Judy is the illustrious founder, president and major-​domo of nymanink. She’s a graduate of York University’s Bachelor of Arts Honours program and attended Ryerson University’s School of Journalism.

Starting her career as a journalist, Judy has more than a quarter century (though she hardly looks that old) of professional writing and editing experience, including stints at the Toronto Star and the Hamilton Spectator, and as an instructor at Ryerson University. Her journalism success led to awards for writing and investigative reporting, and many guest appearances on radio and television programs.

In addition to being the wind beneath the nymanink wings, Judy is a member of several professional organizations and a volunteer for many community groups. Through nymanink, she has provided pro bono creative services to more than 30 not-​for-​profit organizations.
