TamShire Pork

Exclusive to Olliffe, sourced directly from the Perth County. The pork farmer bucks the pork-​producing trend by raising his hogs from start to finish. These heritage crossbreeds are known for exceptional marbling from the Tamworth and fat-​producing flavour of the Berkshire.

Whey Fed Hampshire Pork

Exclusive to Olliffe, sourced from Peterborough County. The whey given to the pork is supplied by Empire Cheese Co., resulting in a deep coloured and rich tasting breed. Naturally raised.

Canadian Prime Beef

Olliffe sources its beef locally in Ontario from a collection of 12 farms in Huron, Middlesex and Bruce Counties. The cattle are pastured and finished for the remaining 90 days on grain resulting in superior marbling and tenderness.

Established in 1975.

Olliffe works directly with the best farmers from Ontario and around the world to source the best meats, game, poultry and lamb. Making the connection at the grass-​roots level with individual producers enables Olliffe to monitor the growing cycle of the animals giving the in-​store butchers confidence when selling cuts «from nose-​to-​tail.»

Olliffe has the finest butchers and are always keen to discuss custom butchery with customers. For this reason the Olliffe butchery team is accessible and encouraged to converse with customers in the storefront. At Olliffe our goal is to always sell fresh, therefore our inventory levels fluctuate with the seasons. Special orders are always welcome.
