A good place to sell footwear, outerwear and baby gear, but they accept few clothes and offer little compensation. A very good place to buy footwear, outerwear, and electronic toys. Books are overpriced in general, but there is a nice selection. I’ve always found the customer service to be great.

I’m very unhappy with the service I experienced here. A few months ago, my wife bought our daughter a pair of $ 8 shoes here. When we got home, we shelved the shoes as our kiddo didn’t need them right away. After several days, we noticed that one shoe was size 9 and one was size 10. An honest mistake from a used clothing store but alas, we had not kept the receipt. My wife returned the shoes and a kindly employee explained that all she could do was put a note on them with her phone number and management would call back. A month went by and no call. So I took it upon myself to go in and ask why. The employee explained to me that management was in only on weekends and that she couldn’t help me.(When my wife went in on a weekend, they told her management was only in during the week). She also told me that she distinctly remembered putting the shoes on the store manager’s desk with a clear instruction asking if she could find the other size 10 shoe or at least call back. Nope. So finally, my wife went back in, strictly out of principal. As it would happen, the manager was in. The manager at first tried to claim that she never received any note. Then one of the employees interjected and reminded her that she even brought the situation up verbally with her. My wife was still refused any sort of explanation and was told there was nothing they could do. Out not only $ 8 for the purchase, but also the frustration of dealing with terrible management and also the original pair of mismatched shoes. P. S. A lot of their stuff is priced higher than brand new retail prices. Buyer beware!

Great store to buy clothes from. But I agree with the other review posted. I got a swing off kijiji for 40 $, they had the same one in there 70 $. Also a feeding pillow they wanted20−25 $ for one and they had stains. I bought one brand new for 19 $ in winners. Also babies r us sells them new for 29 $ and sometimes go on sale for 19 $ and they come with a cover. It’s good for clothes but that’s about it.

I’m a huge fan of buying here but not selling. It’s really only worth buying clothing and shoes at this store. The clothing ranges mostly between Walmart, GAP, Carters, and Old Navy. And they are priced accordingly. Other items such as high chairs, safety gates, toys, books, etc I find are pretty expensive and just about the same price for new items anyway. IE I came across a DR Seuss book for $ 8 dollars. Sometimes«older» highchairs and play stations are priced the same as newer ones in the store. The clothing is always in good shape and at great prices. The store is pretty small and over packed, you cant bring a stroller in and even walking by someone in the same isle is difficult. Selling items is a big rip off. I sold a set(dress with matching hat) and they offered me 95 cents… the lady behind the counter told me oncies are purchased for 30 cents each as well(they’re sold for a dollar). I took the rest of my items home with me, I think I’ll stick to having garage sales.
