Dr. Pamela specializes in assessing, diagnosing and treating pain and disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system by discovering the root of the problem. She also emphasizes the importance of preventative/maintenance care of the spine. Dr. Pamela uses a combination of soft tissue techniques including: acupressure therapy, stretching, soft tissue techniques such as active release therapy (ART) with gentle spinal adjustments to relieve pressure from the joints and nerves. The end result is freedom from pain, increased flexibility, decreased stress and tension and an overall feeling of well being.

After gaining 11 years of experience as a Corporate Chiropractor at American Express as well as working alongside family doctors in a private practice, Dr. Pamela has taken her knowledge and expertise down town in the trendy King West Neighborhood.

Business Owner
Since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000, Pamela has gained 13 years of experience in private practice as well as multidisciplinary clinics. She has also built a successful practice at the American Express head office in Markham, where she helps employees of the company maintain healthy spines and nervous systems, ultimately leading to increased productivity at work. She holds active memberships with the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations and is registered with the Ontario College of Chiropractors.
Dr. Pamela is a big believer in practicing what she preaches. She likes to stay healthy by running, practicing yoga and is an avid cyclist. She combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and how the human body works, with her passion for fitness, to educate her patients on the importance of stretching and exercise and how it helps in maintaining a healthy spine.
