The furniture is cheap for a reason: it’s crap. From personal experience, instead of an ass-​groove I got a hole in the couch. As for customer service, they’re not rude, but they’re not friendly, either.
Furniture is an investment. Don’t waste your money.

For a cheap furniture place, I’d recommend it because of the friendly, helpful sales staff alone! Usually these places feel a little shady, but not here. Staff are not pushy, but are available, helpful and knowledgeable when you need them. I bought a bed and a rug, and they delivered them for free two hours later! I didn’t look around that closely, but I did notice that there is a lot there to choose from. My mattress is a little firmer than I wanted (I got a foam mattress), but the value is great, can’t complain!
