I had a reservation there, to pick up a car at 12:15am, because I was coming in on a late flight.
They used to be open 24 hours. Earlier this week, they changed their hours, and now close at midnight. No car for me.
They did not notify me, or leave me with any other recourse. I thought I had a cheap car booked, now I’ll have to either rent a car at another rental agency at many times the price, or rely on Cab/​Über/​Public transit.

The worst rental car place ever! They are a rip off and the workers stole my son’s iphone. Don’t rent a car there! Bad customer service too! Wish there was 0 star!
