Daniela P.

Business Owner

Daniela Peeva, B.A. (HONS)

LSUC Licensed Paralegal

Daniela holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, from York University. She is a licensed Paralegal and a valued member of the Creditors’ Rights group. Her litigation practice focuses on judgment enforcement and settlement negotiations on behalf of numerous financial institutions, as well as attending Small Claims Court and Landlord and Tenant Tribunals.

Daniela has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board arguing numerous, successful matters, and has also appeared before the Employment Tribunal.

Daniela worked with the Law Society of Upper Canada, Agueci and Calabretta, and a large Bay Street firm. Presently, Daniela is pursuing her Bachelor of Laws degree, on a part time basis.

Daniela is fully fluent in Bulgarian and conversational French.
