Perform Fit

Not sure what Stephanie C. Is talking about. Clearly it’s the wrong Perform Fit as they don’t have machines.
The Circuit Training classes are the bomb. Nico is a great and patient instructor. Class sizes are small (12 max) and probably the most affordable place to work out in west end Toronto. I have attended a couple of Nico’s classes and loved them. My hubby and neighbour go 2 – 3 times a week. I got lazy lol so I need to get back to it!
Try it out! You won’t be disappointed and it’s across the road from the Cheese Boutique :)

I attend the circuit, kettle bell and kickboxing classes at Perform Fit. All the classes are great! I have done cross fit classes before at other gyms, but much prefer the high intensity circuit classes here as they are less intense and a lot more fun. The classes are an intense and fun workout for all people with different fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are friendly and approachable and always have time to answer my questions. The studio is nice and clean and bright and very well equipped. The classes are small (e.g., 12 people max) so individual attention is given to each client. The prices for memberships and classes are affordable and very reasonable compared to other studio and gyms. I would highly recommend everyone to come to Perform Fit and try their classes without any hesitations!

I tried my very first Muay Thai class @ Perform Fit today while on vacation here in Toronto.
Two thumbs up… this class was intense, amazing, and just awesome!!! I enjoyed the experience! The owner of this intimate workout studio (Nico) was very welcoming and friendly, and the instructor who taught the class (Ray) was just superb! You can work at your own intensity, and Ray helps you improve your form and technique. All in all, you will get an awesome workout whether you want to train or just leave your workout comfort zone! Come here and try it or any of the other classes they offer! You won’t regret it!
