This Pier 1 is a nice addition to the Stockyards development.
On the plus side it is well-​stocked with a colourful array of rugs, furniture, candles, housewares, and home accessories. The staff are also generally helpful, though they tend to disappear quickly if they don’t sense a quick sale.
The prices here are high. Even during sales prices can be higher than comparable items at Target.
That being said, they have many items that are nicer that the typical chain home store.
Since the company is based in the U.S., special ordered items will come from the states and may be subject to additional taxes or delivery charges.
