All made in house by our chef Kyle Trafford who specializes in delicious wing and rib sauces. Every Tuesday Baby Back Ribs and Saturday’s we have the ultimate Prime rib dinner.

Established in 2012.
Since opening in June 2012 we have heard from many of the locals in the Hillcrest area that they have been waiting a long time for a pub that they can call their own. The Piper’s Pub and Grill is exactly that a comfortable pub environment that people can bring your parents or even the wee ones who also have their very own menu for colouring.

Gary and Fiona as a brother and sister duo play active roles within the Piper’s Pub and Grill and this has now become a favourite hotspot for locals. There are only a few pubs that offer a true Scottish experience, and Piper’s has definitely succeeded. Open for tea, lunch, dinner and all day breakfast, Chef Kyle Trafford’s menu offers Scottish offerings such as Scotch eggs and Scottish Isles (a seafood medley) as well as classic pub fare such as nachos and savoury Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Nice touches like tea and coffee being served with a made in-house shortbread cookie add to the homey friendliness. All of the desserts are also baked in-house with the sticky toffee pudding already being raved about in the neighborhood. On the side — Piper’s offers 10 draught taps and choice single malt whiskeys at very reasonable prices. The menu is sure to satisfy everyone’s cravings and even the little ones have their own menu!
