Gina Cajucom is the CEO and Founder of Problem Solving Leader, problemsolvingleader.com. She’s an international leadership development expert who helps industrial and manufacturing firms improve their leaders’ problem solving and decision making skills to grow their profits.
Although she started her career in retail working with SM Shoemart (Asia’s largest retail chain) and Pretiolas Philippines, Her extensive HR background is based in the manufacturing industry — 10 years working with some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies such as Integrated Microelectronics Inc. and Dai-ichi Electronics in HR and leadership development.
Now Gina is a successful entrepreneur — providing talent acquisition and talent management solutions for industry giants such as Maple Leaf Foods, Wrigley Canada and RBC Royal Bank. With a strong background in organizational behaviour and trained in solution-focused and co-active coaching, Gina holds multiple industry credentials.
