The place looks clean enough, the woman at the counter wasnt too friendly. Had the breaded chicken sandwich and have to say the chicken was very thin and didnt fill up the bun. For the price of $ 7.75 go to California Sandwiches. I asked for hot peppers and got red peppers, da fuq???

Small Sandwich shop on Dixon Rd next to Sushi Ya. This small little sandwich place serves up Italian sandwiches and pastas in a café like setting. Though pizza isn’t advertised, you can actually call ahead and ask them to make it. The place itself looks very new and the sandwiches are actually decent. The servers there were real friendly and the prices are about $ 6 – 8 for a sandwich. There were a variety of sandwiches that looked good from the Pronto Steak Panini to the Cajun Chicken and Veal sandwiches, but I went ahead with the Steak Sandwich.(Gotta try the Meatball or Sausage next time). The Steak sandwich comes slathered in rich tomato sauce and I had it topped with mozzarella cheese all on a ciabatta bun.(You can also add mushrooms and peppers if you liked). The steak was a bit tough, but tasty. The sauce soaked into the bread really nicely and the cheese melted through to make it appear as though I was eating an inverted pizza slice. It was good. I’d like to say more, but honestly, I haven’t tried this place multiple times yet. I’ll definitely try making this place a lunch stop for the year to come, and maybe then I’ll have more to say. Until then…
