Customized care plans to assist seniors with daily living including long-​term care or flexible day and night time services. Qualicare offers In-​home care and in-​hospital support for loved ones recovering from injury, illness and surgery. We also provide live-​in caregivers and PSWs. Inquire about home care assistance including healthcare advocacy, CCAC support, PSW recruitment, palliative care services and direct billing with insurance providers.

History

Established in 2001.

Andrea Nathanson, co-​founder of Qualicare Inc. has over 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse. With a background in occupational healthcare as a community care nurse, Andrea developed a patient centered case management approach to home care and then created Qualicare Home Care Services in the Toronto marketplace.

With tremendous success, the Qualicare «Nurse Case Management» approach forms the basis for the Qualicare model which is now used in over 15 Ontario offices and over 30 offices in Canada and the United States.

The Qualicare Nurse Case Management approach is especially beneficial to patients experiencing complex medical care issues including cancer, chronic ailments and disease, dementia, Alzheimer’s and other serious health challenges.
