we specialize in homemade italian cuisine from our wonderful freshly baked calabrese bread with a veal, chicken, meatball, eggplant parmiggiano to our delicious steak subs and sausage panini. We make the sausage on premise. Our grilled chicken can be made with a chefs garden salad or a nice crispy caesar salad. Our soups are made upon orders we have minestrone, lentil, fagioli or straciatella (egg drop soup), enjoy with a nice hot garlic bread. Delicious thin crust pizza to our different varieties of pastas to our meat and seafood dishes. And to finish enjoy a latte or cappucino with our freshly baked italian desserts made on premise daily.
History
Established in 2000.
Quattro 4 Ragazze was est. in 2000, family owned restaurant chef and owner Carmelo has been in the business indusrty since 1993. He has brought his experience from his hometown of Sicily, there he grew up learning the different italian dishes. With many years of experience he has working by his side his daughter ched Nina, together they bring to the table deliciously made to perfection italian homemade dishes. Nina shares her passion of being a chef with her experience of her dad and her years @George Brown College.
