Fantastic atmosphere once you walk in, greeted by a friendly staff. The brewed coffee is excellent, while the americano smells great but lacks a bit of body compared to other cafes in the neighbourhood(Superjet, Ezra, etc.).

I’m a big fan of Rapido. It has a wonderful, bright atmosphere. Most of the food is made or baked in house and is full of flavour. The pizza was so delicious, I adore their almond croissants(which are quite large as an added bonus) and chai lattes with homemade simple syrup. Staff are always friendly and attentive. They can accommodate someone picking stuff up in a rush and provide excellent service for a lovely in house experience.

Awesome food. Paninis and tacos are great. Best is this chocolate-peanut butter moon-pie(like a mini sandwich). Everything is always fresh. Great for lunch option if you are in the area.

Best roast beef panini sandwich I ever had. Great atmosphere, clean and neat environment.

The ambiance here is nice and the food looks good, but taste-wise it looks better than it tastes. It’s a decent option, but they don’t have much of an entrée selection.

I was pretty surprised to see only one other review for Rapdio(from 2009 at that). It’s a top notch café — the staff are friendly and accommodating, the baked goods are tasty and the rest of the food looks pretty magnificent. As for coffee, I’ve had both soy lattes and iced americanos there and both have been delicious. Bare brick walls, interesting art, a sunlight at the rear of store and a large front window that opens up make Rapido a pretty appealing place to sit and enjoy your order. One caveat though; despite the fact it’s not well reviewed people obviously know about Rapido. It can get very busy at lunch time and seating is fairly limited, so I recommend going ‘off peak’, so to speak.

Great paninis, a well-made latte, but most of all, just a lovely vibe. The staff are also very friendly and are very welcoming. Apparently, they also make their own olives here — they ship them in raw and then brine them themselves. They gave me a free sample and they were *great — much better than the ones at Loblaws etc. Highly recommended!
