The pharmacists are excellent — communicate directly with your doctor’s office (with your consent) if there are questions — thoroughly understand what they have been asked to dispense and make sure you do, too. They also phone you to alert you to any prescription renewals.
And the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful, too. The new Parliament Street location is a wonderfully squeaky clean place where you know immediately that your health and well-​being are respected. I have been so impressed with that location that I mentioned it to my North York doctor and she agreed that Rexall delivers superior service vis-​a-​vis the other major chains.
