Description

Specialties

Riddle room is an interactive experience where you get to be the main character of your own adventure. You and your friends will be trapped in a room filled with clues, puzzles, and a 50 minute time limit to escape. Will you choose the holding cell? The anatomy room? Or will you go for the haunted room? Whichever you pick, you’ll have a thrilling experience that will test your teamwork and creativity. Will you escape and be victorious or will you fail?

When you’re done, continue the fun and have a bite in our full service game café. Great experience for team building, dates, and curious minds.

History

Established in 2014.

Riddle Room started as an idea when a few travelling friends got together and wanted to create a place where people would put their cell phones down and interact with each other. We wanted a place where people could enjoy interactive games and tasty beverages. A place where people would forget about the distractions of the outside world.

Now, Riddle Room has everything for an evening out with friends and family. We have our escape rooms, board games, and video games. We also have award winning coffee and unique snacks. And we still have lots of ideas.

Meet the Business Owner

Philip C.

Business Owner

I’m one of the co-owners of Riddle Room. I went to the University of Toronto for Physiology and Psychology but ended up being a travelling teacher/adventurer for the past decade. In this time, I saw some pretty cool things. I climbed kilimanjaro, volunteered in Haiti after the earthquake, and ran a marathon on Antarctica.

After I got that out of my system I realized that people and food are really what makes travel wonderful, and it’s about time I put some roots down. So, here we are. I started a business with some friends and it’s a place for people to come eat food and have fun.
