I took my car in for a front end alignment, and was charged 90 dollars. I paid cash, then asked «do I get an alignment report?» The guy at the counter didn’t seem to expect me ask for some proof they actually did anything in the back, as he was caught off guard, hesitated a bit, then he called the guys in the garage to ask for one. Then he tells me their printer is having issues and hell email it to me. After not receiving anything I call back to ask for the report and the guy says he’ll get it to me at end of day. A day later and nothing, so here I am telling all you Unilocalers to GO ELSEWHERE. I may have paid $ 90 for nothing. Plus now I’m getting all sorts of vibration at highway speed that I never got before.

DECEIVING!!! I wish I could give less than this but the lowest rating they allow is one star. Brought my car in to have my AC gas filled. The mechanic (Shiraz) said that he filled it but there is an electrical problem that prevents it from cooling the air. I brought it to my usual mechanic to have the electrical issue looked at and he said there is no AC gas in the car and showed that it is empty. I called this shop back and they said they had removed the gas because it may cause other electrical problems. They first denied having taken out the gas and then made excuses why they needed to remove it. If this is the length they go to to make $ 20, I cringe at what they will do or say for a few hundred dollars. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

We got them to order rims for us and traded in our old tires for brand new ones. They give you a very good deal with trade ins and such. I can’t complain since they had the best offer compaired to the other tire shops i went to.

My boyfriend and I both bought a voucher and we both didn’t have any problem redeeming them. You just have to read the rules and fine print of the voucher. My boyfriend got his winter wheels switch with minimal wait and friendly service. I got the best price for a wheel I was looking for even before the voucher and I had called around to different shops.
No problems with the phone when I called for pricing and Karl was there to answer my many questions. He also suggested some other wheel and tire options.
The only criticism I had was there was a long wait (30 minutes) when I went to pick up the wheels but that was because someone in front of me was shopping and asking many questions.
Just make sure you’re a smart shopper because they «forgot» to reduce the $ 100 deposit I had put for the final total. I had to correct them for them to fix it. It might have been an honest mistake tho.

I only managed to book an appointment at Rim & Tire Pro after 4 hours of either being put on hold or being promised a call back. After finally getting through, I was given an appointment of 10am on a Saturday.
The waiting room was absolutely frigid and quite uncomfortable, which wouldn’t have been so terrible if I hadn’t had to wait 2 hours past the scheduled appointment time before they finally began installing the new tires.
It was at this point when the gentleman handling the transaction flatly refused to honour the terms and conditions set out on a couple of coupons we had purchased to use towards a new set of tires. Frustrated and tired of waiting, and now unable to purchase the tires with the assistance of our paid-​for coupons, I had them replace my old tires and left.
My suggestion to this business is not to put out paid-​for coupons on deal sites which your employees will then turn around and refuse to accept. They’ve lost my business permanently.
