Rock of Ages Tattoos

I have gotten tattooed 3 times before I came here, so I am in no way an expert on tattoo’s or anything… but I know a little bit about how things should work.
Things that I didn’t like:
1) It was a walk-​in appointment to get a previous tattoo I had fixed. When I told the tattoo artist (Steve) what I wanted, he said he knew exactly what I was talking about… which he obviously didn’t. $ 100 he said, which was fine for me because I thought it would take about 45 minutes. When I sat down to get tattooed, he started setting up to tattoo only a small part of the piece I wanted fixed. When I told him, «Nooooo, I wanted the whole thing fixed up» he was like, «oh, well, you’re going to have to come back for that after this part heals». I was so pissed because I felt like he just wanted more money for 2 sessions instead of doing it all at the same time.
2) I was never given any personal information forms to fill out. Every single time I am tattooed/​pierced I have to fill out information about myself like my age and my phone number or an emergency contact number in case I suddenly faint and start having seizures while being tattooed. Or even worse, what if he discovers the needle he used had been tampered with or something and he needs to get a hold of me to tell me. Hey– it’s pretty far fetched but that shit happens. Now I die of Hepatitis.
3) He free-​handed the part that needed to be added to my piece, and didn’t even show me the design in the mirror before he started tattooing!
4) I don’t know if this is necessary– but he didn’t shave the area that was being tattooed (which every other tattoo artist has done, even on places with no hair!)
5) He didn’t clean or disinfect my skin before he started tattooing. I think he was cleaning it during the tattoo though (unless it was just water.?)
6) He didn’t open the tattoo needle package in front of me, which all my other artists have done, to ensure I am aware the tools they are using are sanitary.
7) There was hair all over the floor (from a guys hairy back or legs or something) and the place just didn’t look/​smell that clean.
8) After the tattoo, it took him 5 minutes just to find a mirror so I could see the work. And I had to go in the bathroom to see it.
I wouldn’t go back here again.
