This review is just my personal opinion, but honestly I would never go to this store again. Because not only they messed up my internet set up but also swore to me while I did nothing. I got an internet from this store but it couldn’t work on my or my roommate’s laptop so I went there again to explain this situation. My roommate is an engineering student and I have mid term tests coming, so we would appreciate if any technician can come with a laptop to fix this problem today. But a female receptionist said: I can’t just drop my sh*t for your inconvenience. I am actually not the only one who thinks they have an attitude problem. When I came in, I actually heard two receptionists talking about attitude problems, they thought it was funny that a customer didn’t like their attitude so he said he was going to Bell instead. My feelings are complicated. I have spent 2hours in store for internet access and 30 mins in store for consultation, more than 2 hours on call for tech support, and I am not happy about this result.

It’s a spacious store with adequate seating. The place tends to get crowded during the evening and on the weekend. This location has served my Rogers needs well for cable and internet but that’s got more to do with the competence of one employee, Justin, who knows his stuff and is happy to help the other employees if they are unsure about something. The staff don’t aggressively up-sell, which is always welcome relief. This location has art work. Rogers is getting fancy yo!
