History
Established in 2008.
Salon Goulart was started by two sisters Melissa Hellam and Stephanie Goulart. You can find both girls at the salon, Melissa being one of the stylists and Stephanie offering the esthetics services. Melissa Hellam graduated Marca College and has been a stylist for 9 years, Stephanie graduated Canadian Aesthetics Academy and has been doing esthetics for 5 years. Both sisters are very hands on and are passionate about what they do. This cozy location is great for getting all your services done together, you can get a manicure while your roots are being done or get your makeup doing while doing a wash and style for any occasion.
