Shuttle Moving

Absolutely bs! I had a 2 bdrm condo, i called zach’s moving aka: shuttle moving for an estimate. The crew manager that I spoke to misunderstood what I told him, based on his estimate. He sent a small cube truck which didn’t even hold all my stuff. I was thinking the move shouldn’t take to long. The 2 movers + moving truck supposed to have the job done in about 4 hours. But exceeded my budget to 8 hours. Ended up paying $ 860 due to inefficient service the movers should’ve hustled but no they took there own damn time. The size of the moving truck wasn’t mentioned either, Very disappointed in there service, Highly not recommend them.

One of the worst experiences ever. Edward arrived an hour and a half late but was very polite and apologetic. I had everything already for them-​moved out in the hallway-​ready to go when they arrived. His partner was moving the majority of things downstairs. When we left the condo, I was waiting for them to come out of the moving area and to follow me to the house. Instead of following me, they went the opposite direction. I was waiting for them for over a half hour. The house was only 5 min away. When they arrived, they started to move everything. About 15 min later a car shows up in front of my house. The girl parks her car in front and comes up the driveway, greets her boyfriend and decides to sit on the edge of the truck all night smoking cigarettes and chatting it up with her boyfriend who is working. How UNPROFESSIONAL is that? They introduce her to me as one of the guys girlfriend and said that she came because e she doesn’t trust him. What kind of Mickey Mouse business are they running? So they were socializing and working at the same time during the entire night, slowing things down. Then, when I had asked them to move the boxes from the hallway to downstairs, they were irritated as to why I didn’t ask them to take them downstairs directly from the beginning. They were complaining that they were tired and had another job at 7 am in the morning at AJAX. Unreal!!! my dining room table was already disassembled, wrapped along with the chairs and dressers. major it of work was done. The WORST PART was to find out that they had STOLEN MY BELONGINGS. I’m sure they had an opportunity to take what they wanted when they went missing for a half hour as we left the condo and at my house as they conveniently had their girlfriend right there with her car. I was in and out trying to direct one person as the other one stayed behind with the girlfriend and I ‘m sure this was another opportunity to steal some of my belongings and put them in her car. They stole several BOXES of expensive wines and Liqueur and the girlfriend stole some very expensive pieces of clothing (over 20 pieces and Jewellery).DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS after your move has been completed unless you have thoroughly checked through your belongings to make sure everything is there. You don’t have to sign anything until you are one hundred percent certain that all your belongings are there. If it takes you a day… two or three… so be it. Don’t get ripped off and know your legal rights. Also they damaged the wall going downstairs. There is nothing worse than someone stealing your personal belongings… especial items that are irreplaceable and have a lot of value. I would think twice before hiring this company. Here’s the catch, when everything has been moved and taken off the truck, they ask you to come inside the truck to see that there is nothing else remaining on the truck that is yours. The problem with this is that they already were missing for a half hour and took things off the truck and moved things into their girlfriend’s car as she was sitting here outside my house all night. That’s why I’m warning anyone using these people… DO NOT SIGN THE PAPER Until u have an opportunity to check to see if all your belongings are there. A NIGHTMARE AND DISASTER. CROOKS!!!
